Pursuant to the Cosmetic Law No.5324, it is mandatory to notify the Ministry of Health before the cosmetic product is presented to the market for the first time, and the changes in the product or the manufacturer must be reported after the notification.

No letter or document is issued by the Ministry stating that the notification has been recorded based on the cosmetic product notifications made. All the responsibilities stated in the Laws No 5324 and 4703 for the notified cosmetic products belong to the manufacturer defined in the aforementioned laws.

Notification transactions are carried out through the Product Tracking System (PTS). We handle notification processes with our professional team with the necessary competencies.
