As Macro Professional, we act with the awareness that the most important step in institutionalization is to manage human resources policy correctly and fairly. We believe that the office environment, where most of human life passes, should be peaceful and pleasant.
With these value judgments, we put people at the focal point of our management, starting from the recruitment process. Aware that interviews with suitable candidates who apply for a job are always bilateral, we have made transparent, straightforward and fair evaluations. We planned the development of vertical growth from within, mostly by hiring personnel to be inexperienced and to be trained.
Since the day it was founded, our company has always adopted growing with its own colleagues as a policy. Our friends who start their career journey with us receive their promotions in direct proportion to their performance and managerial abilities.
We are aware that the growth of our company is possible with the development of our colleagues.
