The Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment Report (CPSR) is an important part of the Product Information File. The Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment Report is a basic requirement and consists of two parts.
The first part of this report contains all the information required for the safety assessment consisting of 10 subsections.
The second part is prepared according to the result of the safety evaluator for product safety and consists of four subsections.
This safety assessor must be graduated from pharmacy, toxicology, etc. divisions in a university which recognized by the European Union member states.
